Honey, I just wanted to say that I love you and I am so glad you decided to marry me! There is no man more perfect for me than you. As I sit here recovering from surgery, you are taking such good care of me, I'm sorry that I ruined our anniversary with stupid medical problems! I promise next year we'll have an even better anniversary. Can you believe it's been two years? Isn't it wonderful?
